Quality is at the heart of all we do

ISO 9001: 2000 is a quality control system. TGM Ltd was one of the first companies to gain this accreditation back in 2001 since then we have kept our accreditation year on year by a regular outside auditing process.

The system audits and controls all company documentation and controls both office and one site processes and procedures.

All TGM staff have to play their part in keeping to the high levels of controls in all areas of work we do.

The whole process has two fundamental aims

  2. CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF OUR PERFORMANCE
